Join us for the 5th Annual Earth Day Celebrations at Trout Lake Community Centre.
Community Garden Roots invites you to kick off the 2026 growing season in the Trout Lake Medicine Wheel Garden. We’ll be treated to tea and a drum circle with Daughters of the Drum at noon. You can also help us tend the garden, learn what’s growing here, and connect with the community.
Come say hi! Our team will be hanging out in the garden and sharing information and free stickers in the gym.
The Medicine Wheel Garden is a sacred space and educational site, growing Indigenous foods and medicines. It is located on the western side of Trout Lake, close to the Trout Lake Community Centre playground on the ancestral and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil Waututh) Nations.
