This month in the garden, we welcome back Victoria Buffalo Robe, Nehiyaw Iskwew permaculturalist, and herbalism and holistic health enthusiast. We’ll make our own diy salve for skin care and sore muscles, using beeswax and infused oils made from plants in the garden. This project has been supported through the Neighbourhood Matching Fund program of the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation and the Trout Lake Community Centre Association, in partnership with Cedar Cottage Food Network, Community Garden Roots, and Lu’Ma Medical Centre Society.

Workshops are $5, all supplies are included and subsidies are available.
In case of rain or heat, we will have a tent set up.
